When i was approached by Katelynn to do a baywatch inspired swim suit shoot to use as promotional material for her potential workout videos, i jumped at the chance, and i knew just the place to go.

Leo Carrillo early morning as the sun blasted through the early morning fog was a sight to behold. As was the model i had in my viewfinder, the hills flowing in her background. As surfers caught waves behind us, we blasted away shot after shot chasing our own perfect storm of poses, composition and lighting traveling high and low in search of the perfect backdrop. Below are some of our favorite shots. I even had one printed out on my professional photo printer and hung it on my wall to remind me of just what you can capture when you choose to wake up just a bit early in the morning (can you guess which one i chose?)….
