FILMMAKING

The golden passage beyond no man's land

Filmmaking involves a number of discrete stages including, most importantly the Story!

I have a love of films that i never had access to growing up. In college i metaphorically traveled the world watching films from all over in every genre. I fell in love with the power and the unyielding nature of martial arts. The heart and finality of dramas and love stories. The hysterical situations and timing of euphoria educing comedies. And the alternate reality and uncanny foresight of Science Fiction films. And don’t even get me started on episodics (im talking to you Game of Thrones!)!

While i have very far to to go to master these traits i so deeply admire, my goal is to overcome my own fears of inadequacy similar to the ones that some of my favorite characters battle in their own journeys, and paint a narrative that convinces people to stop and listen for a bit. While they also watch something that visually moves them as much as i have been moved. I follow in the footsteps of the creative giants that came before me, take a look below at some of my Motion Graphics and Mini Films i have done over the years, but first up….. My Reel….
